Body and Construction: The Epiphone IGES339-CH ES-339 features a layered maple body, including the top, back, sides, and rim. This construction provides a solid, resonant foundation, while the maple centerblock enhances stability and sustain. A 1-ply cream binding on the top and back and a gloss finish complete the guitar’s sleek, polished appearance.

Neck and Fingerboard: The guitar’s hand-rolled C-shaped mahogany neck offers a comfortable playing experience. The rounded “C” profile supports smooth playing and familiar feel. A laurel fingerboard with a 305.0 mm radius and 22 medium jumbo frets ensures ease of playability. Pearloid dot inlays add a touch of elegance.

Hardware: Equipped with nickel hardware, the ES-339 includes the Epiphone LockTone™ Tune-O-Matic™ bridge and Stop Bar tailpiece. These components provide excellent tuning stability and enhanced sustain. Grover Rotomatic® tuners offer precise tuning adjustments, while a 5-ply black pickguard adds a classic touch.

Electronics: The guitar features Alnico Classic PRO™ pickups—both neck and bridge positions. These pickups deliver the versatile Gibson ES™ tone that has been cherished by musicians for decades. Controls include two volume and two tone knobs with CTS® potentiometers, and a 3-way Epiphone toggle pickup selector.
