How pre-ordering works

  • 1. Talk to us

    WhatsApp, email or pop in. We help you pick the model, wood, colour, aging and pickups.

  • 2. Confirm and pay a deposit

    We send a written quote for your exact spec. A deposit secures your build slot with Xotic.

  • 3. Xotic builds it

    Your guitar is built in California. Lead time is about 6 to 8 months, and we keep you updated.

  • 4. Setup and handover

    It lands with us, gets a full setup, and you pay the balance when you collect or we ship.
